“Soccer has always been my first love and I never thought that I had a chance to possibly get a scholarship.  I was a reserve player the first three years of high school and just never got the exposure I needed to get noticed.  Then I was able to become a starter my senior year and a representative from Recruit City handed out a flier to my mom about a camp they were running. The camp had a couple recruiters there and was videotaped. I was fortunate enough for my tape to have been found from there site and I just signed a letter of intent to play college soccer.” Deana, Soccer Scholarships

“We found a Recruit City flier at a game of ours and saw they had a combine coming up in our area. I decided to show up and all we did was scrimmage and run through a few drills. There were a number of scouts there and I was able to really show my skills off. I am currently working hard in the classroom to make myself eligible to play college ball. I appreciate the exposure that Recruit City game me.”

“I have tried other recruiting sites and paid good money for some of them. But we have found that the only real interest we got was at camps and football combines. Our coach mentioned a camp that was inexpensive that had college coaches at it and they put the video up online for you. We decided to give it a shot and have had solid responses from three Division 1 schools.”

“My daughter first found Recruit City when they ran a volleyball combine at her high school.  They took measurements, tested the athletes, scrimmaged and videotaped the entire process.  Then the videos were sent out and we started getting contacted.  We just didn’t have the time to do it ourselves and they did a very professional job!”

“My Father and I spent hours putting together video tapes of football games and mailing them out.  My high school coach actually made a number of calls on my behalf and nothing came of it.  Then I started using the internet.  I’ll be honest I’m not the most technologically sound person but it’s easy and most of these sites are free. We found that RC was having a combine in our area about three months out and I trained like crazy. Now, I’ve been to a number of combines and they are all good and I’ve learned something from each and RC’s was good too. They have college scouts there and they posted the videos of my workout online. We got some solid interest and that we just weren’t getting from games alone.”

“I’m a rather average volleyball player in my area.  However, I carry a 4.8 gpa and 1500 on the SAT so I had a number of academic opportunities that I could pursue.  Yet, I still felt compelled to play the sport I love.  So, when I found Recruit City was holding a volleyball combine and it was very inexpensive I figured it couldn’t hurt.  The video at the combine came out good and I got a few responses that turned into actual offer. I recently signed a athletic and academic scholarship that equates to a full ride, thank goodness.”

“Getting a baseball scholarship has changed so dramatically over the past few years that I had considered playing another sport.  Luckily I stuck with it and hooked up with RC at a camp.  They assisted in my getting a partial scholarship.”
